Online GP Consultation Services

Online consultations enable patients to consult with a GP or other practice-based health professionals via the internet. The service is free and available to anyone who is registered with an NHS GP practice.
To use the service, patients usually complete an online form on the practice website or through an app. The practice then provides the most appropriate response, such as online advice, a phone call or an appointment request.
